Our Story
Online Tools began as a personal project in 2020 when our founder, frustrated by the lack of simple, free, and ad-heavy online tools, decided to create a better alternative. What started as a single JSON formatter tool quickly grew into a collection of useful utilities as more users discovered and shared feedback on the platform.
2020
Online Tools was born with the launch of our first tool: the JSON Formatter. The initial version was a simple utility designed to help developers format and validate JSON data.
2021
Expanded our offerings with the addition of the Image Editor and QR Code Generator. Our user base grew to over 10,000 monthly visitors as word spread about our clean, ad-light interface.
2022
Added casual games to provide a fun break from work. Implemented user feedback system and made significant improvements to existing tools based on community suggestions.
2023
Redesigned the website with a focus on mobile responsiveness and accessibility. Introduced the API testing tool to help developers test and debug their APIs.
2024
Reached 50,000 monthly users. Enhanced our tools with new features and improved performance. Started developing more advanced tools for specialized tasks.
2025
